Everyone has faults.
Instead of accepting our shortcoming and trying to improve upon them, we try to
hide them. We refuse to accept that we are faulty. On the contrary, we try to
exaggerate our good qualities before others, including our level of devotion. We
try to show off that we are high level devotees. We do not realize that
whatever progress we have made on this path due to the mercy of God and Guru.
